
Something hot and mind rattling, at least I found it so. Here is my recipe. All sides of plates will taste different, all scoops of noodles shall be of different taste and yum and hot.
Ingredients: The following three are needed
(1) White noodles,
(2) Sauses you have (I had plain white mayo, tomato mayo sause and tomato gineger garlic chilli sause) – You can use any kind of sauses you have, be it mustard sause, or mint mayo, or thousand islands, any- I had just the three, and
(3) Pasta seasoning- with oregano, parseley, onion powder, salt, basil, garlic, pepper.
The steps are simple and anyone can make it, you can make it even more tasty if you have more colorful sauces.
Step 1. Boil the white noodles. Make it extra soft.

Step 2. Take sauces of your choice – I took what I had – plain Mayo, plain tomato mayo (kind of south west in taste) and red-ginger-chili Sause. You may try as and what you like.
Note- Do not overlap these sauses, keep different sause in different parts of plate.

Step 3. Put the Italian pasta seasoning on top of it. And any more spices you like as per taste, even different spices on different parts of plate.

Step 4. Make sure – to put the sauces in hot noodles and now time to eat.
Please DO NOT MIX THE SAUCES AND SPICES IN THE PLATE.
TAKE A SCOOP FROM RIGHT, THEN A SCOOP FROM LEFT THEN A SCOOP FROM CENTER , THEN ONE FROM NORTHWEST, ANOTHER FROM SOUTH EAST SO ON……SO MAY TASTES IN ONE GO— I DOTN KNOW IF YOU LIKE IT–I LOVED TAKING DIFFERENT TASTES IN ONE GO- IN ONE PLATE–SO MANY TASTES.
