Creamy Green Spicy Vegetable Mix (Super Nutritious)

The creamy green vegetable mix can be taken with any kind of bread, burgers or any staple food, be it rice.

All you need is some green stuff. Recipe for one. Increase in proportions.

Some beans, 8-10 ladyfingers, 1 capsicum. Some fresh ginger and fresh garlic, 2 spoon oil, fresh milk cream, black pepper, salt, Green chili (optional for taste), red chili, and all the other spices you want.

Step 1. Take the green vegetables, I took, some beans, 8-10 ladyfingers, 1 capsicum, wash them and cut them small.

Step 2. Heat 2-3 spoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Once heated add black pepper- 1/2 spoon, some grinded fresh ginger and 2-3 fresh minced garlic strands in hot oil. Green chili (optional for taste)

Step 3. Put in frying pan the green vegetables cut and mix it well, add salt 1/4th spoon (I take lesser salts, add as per taste)

Step 4. Put the lid of the pan- The pan lid do have a exit thing, else keep it mild open, or keep mixing it open fry pan.

Step 5. In 4-5 minutes, the vegetable is ready to eat, add more spices in the pan, mix well

Step 6. Take 2 spoon of fresh milk cream and add to the greeny vegitable in pan.

Step 7. Mix well and heat for 1 minute on slow flame. The vegetable mix is ready to be taken with any kind of bread, burgers or any staple food, be it rice.
