In Dry-Fruit Cream, Carrot-Fruit Pudding

Ingredients: 2 carrots, 1 apple, 1 orange, dry-fruits, cashewnuts, walnuts, almonds
Step 1. Head 2 glass of water in a pan, put 4 spoon of sugar in the pan. Let water heat, while we do other things.

Step 2. Dip some dryfruits in bowl, as much as you need the cream

Step 3. Take 2 carrots, 1 orange and 1 apple

Step 4. Mince 2 carrots

Step 5. Once done out minced carrots in heated water in pan

Step 6. Mince 1 apple

Step 7. Put the minced apple in the pan as well

Step 8. Cut the orange with scissors

Step 9. Now add cur orange as well in the pan and heat it and add 1 glass water more in the pan

Step 10. Put dry fruits to make dry-fruit cream in grinder

Step 11. Grinde it and put water slowly in the grinder till a thick smooth dry-fruit white cream if formed. Add 3 spoon of sugar in it as well.

Step 12. Put one layer of dry-fruit cream just made on three plates

Step 13. Keep moving the constituent’s in pan, so that it does not dry out.

Step 15. Now the pan would be without water and dried and ripe. Put scoop of the serving plate.

Step 16. Cover the top half with the above made dry-fruit paste

Ready and delicious- Check sugar sweetness you need, I like lesser sugar, you can add more
