I am Back Again! Be careful of summer heat!

Hello everyone!

How are you doing?

I am sorry I could not write during the past month. I am really sorry for that.

The month passed by getting my Root Canal Treatments (RCTs) done, other dental things, and some other work I needed to do.

It was hot here, as hot as 43 degrees, and the RCT and tooth team gave me appointments only in the afternoon. Then I was given some antibiotics, and with other engagements, I could not really do my work during that time. So, it was like summer vacation for me. I took care of myself, and I want to share with you how I did so while I was outside for so many days in the summer heat of Delhi, where temperatures soared to 44 degrees. I am sharing this so that you can also take care of yourself.

It was urgent for me, so I had to go in the heat. When I used to go in the afternoons, on my way back, I was left with heat in my body; I used to hydrate with summer drinks. I’ll share with you some of my summer heat-beating drinks recipes in my recipe blogs.

We all must all take care as summer comes in; if we go out, we must keep our bodies well hydrated with water and salts.

This image above is generated by AI. But it reflects my trips to the dentist over the past month. Last week was better in Delhi, but my work was mostly done in hot heat.

It was hot.

The temperatures were soaring to 42–44 degrees in Delhi.

So, I recommend you all not to go out in this heat. And if, like me, you have to go out in the sun, make sure you do the following as I did:

— Wear your sunscreen layer on your face and hands. Cover face with an extra layer of foundation with nice SPF!

— Take an umbrella.

— Take a scarf to cover the face.

— Wear full-sleeve shirts.

— Make sure you drink a lot of water.

— Salted drinks such as Lemon drinks can be really good. Carry a water bottle filled with a lemon-salted drink if you have to stay in the sun for long.

— There should be no dehydration.

— Then, you must make sure to eat nice summer fruits and juicy vegetables as you come out of the sun.

— Don’t stay in the sun for long; it can cause harm. Use umbrella and scarf, be covered.

— Make sure you have the right salt content in your body, so a nice light meal before exposure to the sun is needed.

— Don’t forget your other medications.

— Avoid hot coffee.

— Splash cold water on your face and hands.

— Wear loose cotton clothes.

— Make sure to take shade and stay out of the sun as much as you can. So, take care to avoid sun exposure.

Summers are here for a little while longer around the world. So, take extra care of your body for as long as the summer stays.

Stay hydrated with salts and water!

Take care
