Veggie-Kidney Beans Cutlets for Burgers

Step 1. Take a bowl of kidney beans, wash and dip in water in a vessel for 6-7 hours.

Step 2. After 6-7 hours throw the water, clean it again. And then put these soaked kidney beans in pressure cooker, with equal amount of water. lesser can burn and spoil the beans. Take some extra water, all beans should be dipped in water fully.

Step 3. Heat on slow flame, give 5-6 whistles and let the steam go out of the cooker.

Step 4. Take the kidney beans in a bowl and use hand grinder to grind it and form a mixture.

Step 5. Add 1/2 spoon of salt, 1/2 spoon of pepper, 1/2 spoon of red chili powder.

Step 6. Add 1 spoon of substance you use in your cutlet recipe. Its monsoon here, I didn’t opened a new packet of refined flour, instead used gram flour. You can use bread crumps and corn flour for best taste. See what suits you. I used gram flour and have not tried anything but gram flour in this recipe.

Gram flour leaves slightly bitter taste– I had no other option. See what taste and suits you and share your recipe with what you choose to add to the mixture— corn flour or refined flour or bread crumps….. ???

Step 7. Make cutlets with hand.

Step 8. Do shallow or deep fry, whatever you like.

I made two cutlets one with shallow fry another with deep fry and enjoyed it with bread and sauce. Enjoy it hot with any kind of breads.
