Its nutritious, veg, and tasty and have carbohydrates too as breadcrumbs–Try it–your vegetables your choices, no cooking——–10 minutes only..
All you need: Raw Vegetables, 1 spoon of butter, 1 spoon of refined flour, 1.5 cup toned milk, 100 grams cheese and 1 bowl of breadcrumbs.
Step 1. Take raw vegetables and fruits you want to add in this cheesy salad. And wash them please.
I took the following:
Some beans, 1/2cauliflower, 1 capsicum, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 carrot. That is it.
Step 2. Grate the onion, cauliflower, 1 tomato, 1 apple, 1 carrot and 1/2 capsicums. Rest 1/2 capsicum , 1 tomato , were cut in small pieces. To give a taste of both grated and small fragments of vegetables.
Make sure apple is grated fresh, else it turns dark.
Step 3. Take a frying pan and put 1 spoon of butter in it, add 1 spoon of refined flour in it. Heat it well, mix well, till color starts to change on low flame. Add 1 cup of toned milk in it, keep moving with serving spoon. Make sure all the flour is well mixed in mixture. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk in it and heat well. Once mixture is creamy. Add grated cheese to the pan. I wanted really a cheesy salad, hence added, 100 grams of grated cheese in pan.
Heat it for half a minute-cheese will melt and mix well. You can taste this cheesy mixture now.
Step 4. Close the heat from stove. Add raw vegetables and the fruits grated and cut above in the pan and mix them well by simultaneously adding 2 spoon of pepper, 2 spoon of salt, 1/4 spoon of red chili, some other spices such as parsley, oregano, basil and garlic powder. You can use pasta seasoning or oregano seasoning as well– typically it has all these spices.
Step 5. Put the hot salad in serving bowl. Taste it, it tastes so well.
Step 6. You can consume as much as you like and cool the rest. Mix fresh breadcrumbs in the cheesy salad when you want to eat it. As other wise the crispness of breadcrumbs will be lost. Enjoy with extra seasoning–parsley, oregano, basil and garlic powder.
