Was it overhype and overvaluing of Artificially Intelligent cars?

• Is this not overhype and overvaluation by the AI automation company? Just like a NY court said to the prior President of USA, Trump that he overvalued his business, which he says he did not do, nobody heard him! Is this not overvaluation by the words of a businessman?
• A 737 plane made an emergency landing after a window and a portion of the plane blew out. The entire fleet was put on pause till reason was found. 
• What’s the reason? it’s been around 2 years now since this life was lost.
• They have to provide reasons before starting a new business. 
• When Trump can be made responsible for what they say is high business valuation, which he says was not so, so why EV maker is not held responsible?
• This also is a business overhype and overvaluation, by the words the company used, which promoted the cars to be something more than what it is. AI means something intelligent not for few seconds but for a bigger time! 
• Is this not overhype and overvaluation? Was the car not supposed to save lives in such emergency conditions? If not what AI is in it? Untrained AI?
• The full form of AI has the word intelligence in it.
• Where were AI simulation tests done? 
• Can we know if is it rule-based or learning-based, share the self driving EV beta paper with us.
• Has she received her Justice, this life can’t come back, but what about justice for them?
• When a prior President of USA is not immune to business details, why is EV makers immune, may be a lot of links he has unlike Trump?! Is it?
• When you say a car if a self-driving car and then you add the clause that you need to check if it is doing ok every other second, does it make sense, is the disclaimer is not added in every ad for self driving car, that car needs to be checked if it is driving well every other time? So is it intelligent then, or is it in learning mode then, then the cars must had been sold saying learning cars not AI car.
• Can we know where in the USA have you tested the cars on simulations? 
• It’s in beta, where in USA are the cars tested in beta to be released for use, when is production to be released for the products the AI cars?
• And they allowed to be used under the name “self-driving AI cars”, this is what people call Tesla cars — The AI automatic car! 
• Musk, when his first business model is not working well, which dates back to 2009 I guess, when he started getting funds for it from Obama administration, please see the details, I am not getting into it. And even in 2022 it was in beta?

• So, can we get the AI papers of self driving EV cars which gives the testing results, that is how the self-driving AI car performs on roads, the precision with which it runs, so what if it is in beta?
• The new Open AI Sora and Google Lumiere have published papers on their AI videos, which they can’t release to the public as it may not yet follow the laws the EU has put in to be a safe AI to use, why then Elon Musk was allowed to do business by using adjectives such as self driving or artificial intelligence, if they used it.
• Yes, the driver may be drunk, but if he knew it’s an AI car so maybe he relied on EV makers words it’s a self driving car! Are these words not enough to know that car has AI and that can save lives as well? What else do we use the word AI for? Safe automation, just like mechanical robots in warehouses and the manufacturing industry? Imagine them bumping into each other or on tracks made for them to move on! Would we call that AI then?
• What about AI regulations on simulations of businessman’s other products?
• Yes it may take years, but they still need to provide proof of concept, as these were sold with self driving/AI automation tag, and it is needed, how else improvement would be done?
• Share the how and where these cars passed driving simulations?
• Where are the simulators?
• Were the people who bought this car given training, why just handing of videos and documents?
• If car is too complicated and expensive why not train?
• These things need to be sought then only a better automatic AI car can be made.
