Note: This is a completely fictional story. This story has no relation to any living person living or alive. This story is completely imaginary and is not meant to hurt anyone’s sentiment and must be taken as a story as the fictional character in the story Sita lives through these challenges.

Tina was so tired that her room was still filled with two luggage bags. There was no space in her bedroom almirah now to put the clothes in the two luggage bags.

So, she went to her other available room. In her old room which still shines in memories of her days when she had new job, new love and new life started there as she started earning her own money then and her excessive passion her C++ coding job. The bathroom she used she still remembers that. The two paintings in the other room with tulips respectively were brought by her own when she went to market alone in search of art work all over the best markets within 15 kms from her mothers house, she loves to go to market alone since long long time, and as far as she remembers since 24 years now. It was around decades back she brought these paintings with her own hard earned money, expensive they were, to  decorate her house with painting of nice high quality, as she doesn’t like typical local painting as her choice is specific. Other paintings she brought is in house as well. One flower big painting is in her new bedroom which she is in. Another tulip painting which was in her other room was found in her  bedroom just few days back, she was surprised.

She doesn’t like throwing old clothes as old as 2007 onwards when she started working and some as old as 2002, the last slot she has in this alimrah for her memory clothes. She likes to keep these old clothes as there is no memory, and very very rare photographs of her from 1997 to 2009 and she loves to cherish her old memories and she want to remember old time of her life journey the pleasurable moments be it be a ride in super crowded local DTC Delhi busses all on her own alone in hot summers, monsoon or chilling Delhi cold, daily to study in a government college her favourite subject mathematics where she won gold medals year after year but no photographs of those as well, none, no photograph of her holding gold medals form 2000-2004,  and she loved to remember even the reading books in childhood and teenage under mango tree in hot summer loo when there was no electricity in her temporary house. So to remember old times she opens her books racks as she loves books, smell them and feel old memories of her solo life journey and reads them, and keeps them back as she loves to write mathematical and technical articles reading these books many times. She comes up with new article and at times she write summary of old mathematical or technical articles.

Now, getting back to what she found in the old room almirah the almirah on the left she opened was filled with things that were not her own, “Its ok” she said to herself,  as she was given a command that this left almirah is needed for some other purpose, she was not even asked if she wants to give it for other things to be kept or not, she was just told, other things need to be kept there and full stop. So “Its ok” she said to herself. Then she was told that if she can empty the other, the right side of almirah too, she said she have clothes there, which she may need, as clothes are costly, and at times she gains weight,  and these clothes as I explained above have her memories, there are more than ten braded levis, vibe, numero uno, so on jeans that she have there too, these jeans remind of her new work days when she was working buying branded clothes she loves so much, and she kept them, in hope that one day she would loose weight and fit in these old clothes. Otherwise there are no pics of her from 2007-2009 so these clothes reminds her of that, other shelf have traditional clothes which she don’t wear now but she bought it with her own money, so she don’t want to throw then, they remind her of times she was working as a professor living an independent life away from the man she married, earning enjoying life, alone on paths of life.

Now, she saw a big packet of cloth bag in the almirah, she took it out so that she gets some space to empty her luggage bags she brought from overseas. She took it out and thought to sort it out as she was watching TV international foreign news channels, she follow. That is all she watches for entertainment, sometimes some movies on her laptop in her  bedroom, as her choise of movies are romance, which she cant watch there.

So, she opened up the packet, there were some very loose lower undergarments, she was wondering when she bought those dull colored underpants, as she does not like to wear any kind of dull colors, which she decided to throw, and kept on other side of couch. Then there were very dirty inner women vests, she decided to cut its top and to make small packs out of it and to keep the rest for dusting her room, why wasting money to buy dusters for room cleaning? She like to dust her bathroom and her room on her own. Problem is she had never done any kind of house work ever in life, so she cleans her own room only, and finds it difficult to do dusting in other parts of house, yeah she like to mop the house when the house maid does not come, no problem with that but dusting table and things is not an easy thing for her, a technical challenge, as her hands are too delicate, everyone knows that, she rarely washed utensils as well.

So, apart from underclothes come socks, she saw so so many socks in the white cloth packet, she saw these are very very old socks. So, she started understanding them, there were just 6 pairs which were right and recent of these were I think just two, rest are as old as decade. Then other socks, here is the fun puzzle part.

See here and enjoy the socks puzzle,

1. Then was one pair of socks she could match one was  black socks with white horizontal  lines on it—left side of socks was  much much longer than the right socks, approximately, how same print and how can that be, weird, she saw and laughed. Given I never wore such long summer socks never.

2. Then was one pair of socks, which was black again but with double thin white horizontal lines, this was again one left side was small and other side long, same print, weird, she laughed and kept it aside. It was funny who wear such socks, she never remember to wear such long socks since she stared working she buys her own clothes and she like low level socks or ankle length socks at times, unless its winters when she wear little longer socks in length to maximum. So it was a funny puzzle to solve.

3. Then was third pair of socks which was brown kind of socks, she took it in her hands one was too broad from bottom other was too thin  from bottom, lengths too varied—weird, and funny, I again laughed at it.

4. Then was other socks in the white cotton packet, all were different, all no one had the other side of the feet, none.

5. The she saw her super expensive black thin cloth sock, no other pair of that socks, these socks she wears in parties to make her feet looks good, it cost mimimum 400 bugs per pair, and the other pair was missing…

6. So on some gents socks, single no pair, how she don’t know….

Who wears different length super loose socks of same designs and what to do with single foot socks of different colors, so she decided to dispose them off, put it all in same bag and took it to garage point.

So this was the fun puzzle of socks Tina solved

today…
