I propose here metered salary payment for metered work. The following are some points.
- Just like we are charged based on how much we travel by taxi drivers.
- In the same way why cant we be paid by how much we work in office.
- Sometimes we overwork, to finish some deadlines.
- Sometimes we need time off per day, as the leg is paining – No? SO we work 7 hours lesser in a week
- At times there are some needs we need to look at, so we work 2 hour lesser in a week
- Many times we work 14 hours more a week, and this meter would allow to benefit
- All this with the option of metered and measured medical leaves
- Metered casual leaves
- Metered other leaves
- All this with commitments we give in the work — the hours a week we want to put in
- The Scrum meetings asks for hours for a task
- This is better than 4 days a week, since certain businesses operate even on weekends and Fridays
- And the companies cant afford to pay for no work, just like you wont like to pay for no ride.
- How metered work can work–yes based on the time spend in the office working, or on screen if with work from home option.
- And then people can spend as much time with colleagues in cafeteria as they want, knowing that their meter is running, meter that they are not at work
- This is a win-win, just like fare of metro are a win-win things–both for the metro running and the commuters using it, paying for as much as they travel
- Benefits to be paid based on monthly meter–
- Some would like to work only on weekends, while continuing a study course on weekdays
- While some want to work just in 3 days a week.
- All this guarantees, that company is getting committed fulltime —metered employees
- At the same time work is not effected, as commitments are made before time
- Yes to the exception of medical leaves for sure
