Why think you did something wrong?
Forgive yourself..
Forgive others and feel light, Not an easy thing to forgive others, but those who have asked for forgiveness from you can be forgiven, you have to decide whom you choose to forgive?
Please don’t compare yourself with anyone.
Everyone is different with their unique experiences
Expressing oneself is not a wrong thing to the ones who love you ~~~
Why your mind is not happy?
Find happiness, see where happiness is. Did you find your happiness?
But how to heal?
There are ways to heal, one is positive affirmations.
I suggest you refer to someone in this profession, but as an advisor to my insights on a healthy Mind is, positive affirmations with the happiness you have in your life.
What are positive affirmations like?
Positive affirmations are sentences such as the following:
- I am happy
- I am fulfilled
- I am loved
- I am wanted
- I am important
- I am so much loved
- I would soon find my special someone ….so on
How should one say these affirmations?
May be you can speak these in front of a mirror,
Or listen to video recording of these, as suggested by expert in the field,
For example, the ones I used 9 years back were the following kinds,
“LISTEN EVERY DAY! “I AM” affirmations for Success (youtube.com)”
Other ones are like,
Everyone has a different mind, everyone has different learning curves, I heard it a couple of times for my healing,
I wish you Happy Healing,
But know the first step to healing is forgiving your own self, then stop blaming yourself, then to forgive others,
