In the USA, and other nations we need to track the network of drug cartels that consume these drugs that Venezuela sends to the world.

Nicolás Maduro chose peace, accepted Venezuela’s sending drugs, and seek help.
Or
Venezuela elects a new President and solves this and other problems amicably.
