You are my sun, he used to say #thanksgiving story #fiction #diary #story #imagination

Note: This is a completely imaginary love story; no part of it resembles any person in the world. It’s a love fiction. This story was made for Thanksgiving Day.

There in lands of love we met. He is a dashing, handsome man. We used to talk for hours and hours. Just love and love.

He used to say to me, “You are my morning sun”.

He used to say to me, “You are my sunlight”.

He once sang a song for me. I loved every bit of it as if it were orchestrated in the mirrors of passion that our love sprouted.

Just that we could not marry.

But we loved fully, at least I.

I gave him my number before leaving when I was transferred to a different location by the office I worked at.

I could not leave my job, but if he had asked, I could have left if he wanted me that much. But duties are duties, darling. I had a bond of duty signed.

But maybe he is just testing the waters of my desire for him.

Office kept me busy, new job, new targets, but at the back of my mind, love never fades.

I think I should reach him one fine day.

No, he is a man; he should reach me.

Maybe he is married by now with children around him.

Whatever!

I still want to thank him for the love he gave me. I want to thank him for the moments we spent together; it all started with a question.

He, I called him my angel, filled my heart so much that I can’t explain.

I still love him surreptitiously.

He is always in my thoughts.

He was a friend, he was a lover, he is a jewel, harsh at times, stronger at other times. There are fewer lines to depict my relationship with him, my time.

He used to care for me so much that I can’t forget. The word thank you is not enough. Who says thank you when in love? My love, tell me?

Happy Thanksgiving, with love-filled hearts.
