Major reasons for job cuts are cited as AI-based automation. There are various kinds of AI-based automation. These automation can be mechanical in nature, or assisting in work with generative AI, help in editing, and help in teaching, advertising, to mention some. Let’s focus now on AI-based automation of all kinds as of now.
How a generic AI-based automation can hit jobs and what needs to be done at the country level, for all countries affected by the development in AI automation. If a country is massively hit by job-cuts with AI automation. The following can be points to look at it:
— Its no longer an individual loss, its a loss at country level as well as loss at the global level! Not just in tax but also in the flow of capital, apart from other things such as the rating of the country for employment index, average salary of a place, and real parameters which can’t be measured and are most important as loss to the person, his expenses and wellbeing, to mention a few.
— What are areas impacted by job cuts? Such as the automation of editing team in a firm. So can the affected people be retrained to new departments if they are willing to do so? If no, then the government should register the skills and salary last paid to the person or family. Enter the details in a new re-employment register.
— What are other areas where the country can produce jobs, those areas that are not automated with AI?
— How a country can find new areas of employment?
— Well, new areas of employment need to be found out.
— Till then the person with no job must be given a salary stipend.
— So how to find new work, or you would be paid a salary stipend for long, as in many developed countries? This is not a benefit in developing or underdeveloped nations.
— Well, its responsibility should be on country’s employment department.
— What a country produces and how it can be used to provide work as well as profit.
— What a country can export out of the country to generate income and hence jobs?
— What is needed in the world that can be a market where to sell the new products made?
— Example, certain kinds of natural materials can be sold off in the world market to empower new markets and hence new jobs! This material may be a new renewable source of packaging or new form of decor to even a personalized language-specific editing tool!
— Hence the inception of the “World Market” Idea, wherein details of imports, and exports, with their profits, and losses are recorded.
— Apart form that needs of other countries should be registered in the online register of needs at the global level.
— Another examples of things that can produce more jobs are climate change needs, which include, many levels of sophisticated products, from raw materials to processed products. Climate change may make a lot of jobs. (More in coming articles)
— Climate change accomplishment shall develop a complete ecosystem of jobs, products, markets, and consumption.
— This would make a global economic flow of funds. That is what is needed Global Economic Flow of Capital!
— This may produce enough jobs, as world shifts to a Greener World.
Hence, the Green World challenge won’t complete without making of new jobs, new products and hence economic flow of capital from one country to another, as well as within a country.
— The flow of funds within a country is important as well.
— These need to be understood at the global level. And global economic leaders must understand clarity of needs of world country wise plus needs to be shown on an online register so that new entrepreneurs who just lost their jobs don’t end up in a failed attempt.
— Hence, clarity of need of a business needs to be provided at Global Levels, and these must be constantly updated, as in the quantities or number of users who need a particular product or a particular business.
— This would boost global Economics and inter-country mobilization of products, processes, funds, and capital! Boosting Global Economics.
— The same processes need to be done at the country level as well.

Let’s know, that, once things are handled at a global level, not many businesses may fail, given the businesses should be provided by global needs of the business as well as country-wise needs of the product at home and abroad. Once there are needs there would be demands of the business and hence income.
Know that many things won’t have demands such as a new chatbot like chatGPT, it had no global need, but it sprouted well to cover the world with its success. Hence, space should be kept for innovative and newer businesses as well.
