AI Jobs Losses, What Next..In form of Conversation form two sides with Shekey

There are lot of job losses news these days, that one gets to read.

The key sectors are writing, coding, other creative edge segments. In-depth research have been produced with a consisting graph going down on certain areas of work.

So some research shows that after chatGPT was released and till now the reduction on jobs is steadfast.

So, job reductions is here, and hence some job losses is impending, where there was none.

So, what do we say, then?

Well, yes, job losses, it doesn’t sound good to me.

Yeah, I don’t like its very sound of utterance, as well

Would there be increase in jobs again

Well that is a win-win things.

What do you mean by that?

I mean governments and private sectors would work on issues that can be important to them both government and private sectors, this can produce jobs, and give people better livelihoods, and at same time fulfilling some incentives for government, for example, revamp of some academic courses or helping farmers grow more vegetables with flood protection or drought solutions.

That means only government and private sector leaders can create jobs

Yes, self employed people can also cater the eyes of investors

Who else can get jobs

Best thing is to apply for jobs and tell you are ready for re-skilling and you are ready to work in new domains

What if someone does want to re-skill?

Well then wait for new jobs, when the horizon are fresh there would be new jobs, lot of them.

New jobs as in?

New jobs Shekey, as in anything and everything, anything means new departments that would be made, for new set of challenges, new set of aims, and everything, means old departments would be re-factoring themself to embrace AI, they would want their old employee to continue.

Give me some clear example

Well some examples are like in Agriculture, Automation, Climate Change, Making cities which are climate sensitive grow to flood resistant, drought free lands, water projects, animal welfare, birds conservations, agriculture, newer applications of AI in modes of things humans like, better ways to make, robotic trainings when robots are needed, still the current state of robotics is not up to mark,

But robotic takes away jobs

In a better world, where one may not have to work so much, 4-days a week working, get funds to feed nice meal, robots to help farm your own vegetables,

No, how can no work

You once asked me 4 days a week,

Oh yeah I did, but my job was safe then

Well, there would be new jobs, I cant explain that the AI that is reducing jobs, would be hiring your people, to train itself, its still far away form near intelligence, so relax

AI needs human training and by the time it grows up to become mature robots who can go to other planet on an intelligent mission as AI Robots, new courses in universities would come in

What new courses

The new courses would come in in universities, that would be proficient in new era, may be to make robotic wines in Jupiter Moon from scratch, all this need human support.

But I want to know more of Jobs

Yes, more jobs as in training robots to do many things, things that you dont want to do, such as mopping, emptying a dishwasher, manually checking the robotic English editor, and this is just a beginning, talent should be appreciated always..

I thank you, but this is not enough

I would list more new areas of jobs coming next the next time we sit in for discussion

Thank you
