May be God wanted it this way; if God didn’t want it this way, it would never have happened. For some reason, God wanted it this way.
Suffering, Joy, and Rejoice, are three part of aspects of life.
Had God wanted it another way, then you would never had thought of it otherwise.
What is happening in USA is a part of the same statement. So God choose these painful scenes in USA, can we just rely on God and think of long term Goals, the Eagle plucks its features causing pain just to live longer. God must had never liked to pain eagle as well, but it does so.
Help those in need, but be focused to follow Gods wish. Who knows what God wants, does eagle plucking its features know it would fly higher after new features comes in?

Job layoffs, time has changed, accept the change, ways to work have changed, needs have changed, AI has come up, automation has come up, new jobs would come, let these things happen, and can we focus on main issues now?
New jobs would come to those who lost jobs, new arenas would come up, and many government jobs are not profitable, not challenging, no work, Federal Government to needs a revamp just like a private firm, Facebook too lays off, so many companies lay off people, to improve workflow, they are buying the job off, not terminating,
