There are so many robotics companies now: Unitree, Apptronik, Tesla, Figure, Boston Dynamics, and many more. On top of that, companies are building robust intelligence that lets robots handle real-time, challenging multimodal inputs. So soon robots with brains would land up in human space. But do we need robots here? Exactly not! Not even with safety considerations. So why, and where, would these minimum 50,000 robots produced by the end of 2026 go?
Are we training robots well? Or would robots fill up job portals for unemployment around the world?
We humans can run, so Chinese robots excelling in marathons- we don’t need you actually on Earth, but on Mars.
We humans can fill the shopping bags faster on Earth. Can you improve for Space jobs?
We humans can put things in the fridge better. Can you do better for Space works?
But we can’t do construction on the Moon and Mars as of now because there is no breathable oxygen there. So we need robots on for construction anywhere in space.
What robots do we need on the Moon and Space, then?
Well, we need construction robots as of now.
So, why not train these 50,000 robots, which will be produced soon, for construction work?
Train robots on the construction of buildings, utilities, and more.
Yes, we can do the kitchen things.
Yes, we can make coffee.
You are training robots on things which we can do, even if we visit the Moon/Mars/Asteroids in the future.
It’s time to train robots “on digging rickety lands”, and “placing bricks with cement”.
There are bots on the Moon, and Mars for analysis, but no construction robots! No utility makers!
We need robots that can be packed into a space rocket, assemble themselves, and then we’re ready to go! To build up utilities on Mars, all made by robots.
So here is the first Construction Robot on the Moon. I named her Tyrika!
How they would go to the Moon/Mars/Asteroids is a different question altogether.
