Self-Hypnotize yourself — the path to Self-healing.

Note: These are not technical hypnosis concepts; rather, we use “hypnosis” as a slang/common term for directing oneself.

As per (1) in the reference below

“Hypnosis can be seen as ‘a waking state of awareness, (or consciousness), in which a person’s attention is detached from his or her immediate environment and is absorbed by inner experiences such as feelings, cognition and imagery”

And in everyday language, hypnosis means “to influence, control, or direct completely.”

We are not referring to CLINICAL HYPNOSIS, no, we use the word “ hypnosis “as a slang to mean control.

Technical hypnosis has its constraints. You must consider who is practicing technical hypnosis, how their presence influences you, and whether you want to entrust yourself to that person. I have heard a lot about technical hypnosis by Steve G. Jones. You can refer to his free videos on YouTube to learn what technical hypnosis is. However, today I am discussing self-hypnosis, which is equally powerful. There is no harm in reading and listening to how technical hypnosis is conducted. However, technical hypnosis has constraints and reservations which needs to be taken care of. So, let’s discuss how to avoid these intricacies unless necessary, and how to hypnotize yourself. Perhaps the word “hypnotize” I am using is not correct; I mean to overcome difficulties and move on.

You can be your superhero!

We don’t have as many good and sound hypnotists as we have people.

Here, I discuss self-hypnosis or indirect hypnosis (as we call it), which is not as quick as direct hypnosis, as mentioned above.

So, when in a state of calmness, whether during the day or night, HYPNOTISE yourself by saying, “I am good,” and “Good will happen to me.”

Do this by holding your right hand above your left hand/arm.

SAY- “I have unlimited energy, so I can spend energy on these tasks I do.”

SAY- “I am getting better and better day by day.”

SAY- “I create a positive aura in my life.”

SAY — “I can do it”

SAY — “I would recover.”

These powerful words carry energy. Say them when you are in a calm state; hence, I used the phrase “Hypnotise Yourself to Goodness.” After you fall asleep, as in technical hypnosis, you will see these words resonating within you.

Believe that the Universe will help sooner than later.

Ask the Universe for extra energy to pursue tasks during a tiring day.

If you believe the Universe would give you and care for you, which it does, that is what it is meant for — to provide. The only thing the Universe asks is patience, faith, and courage to be bold and upfront in saying that you are that.

Say, you are complete.

Say, you would explore the world in a better way

Say, you won’t be dumped down by someone’s negative remark

Don’t take it to heart if someone speaks ill of you or wrongs you. You are above these small things; you forgive and move on.

This is the process, so you have to say all this, and you don’t have to do technical hypnosis — NO (try self-hypnosis as I call the above steps )— just the steps you read above and more. There is no technical hypnosis you have to do unless you are sick or unable to self-heal.

Look at yourself in the mirror, eye to eye, and say the above lines. Technical hypnosis is faster than the indirect hypnosis explained above. The method described above, as we call it indirect hypnosis or self-hypnosis, may take some time to integrate within you.

We refer to it as indirect hypnosis because, by definition, hypnosis involves someone touching your hands and performing the act of hypnosis. Self-hypnosis is a better word for it.

Do it for 5 minutes or so daily. Once it is absorbed into you, it will become part of your personality. You will then move on at a nice pace. Sometimes, even your dreams will reflect this…

I wish it works for you, it takes time, to regularly motivate oneself to say these words to oneself.

Take care

Warm regards,
