We all feel hurt sometimes; therefore, we need healers. The right healer is essential, and some healers are divinely gifted. Here is one way to heal the hurts of heart and mind.

There are other ways to heal, too; I will discuss them later. But today, let’s focus on essential self-healing, mutual healing, and guided healing.

I discussed self-healing in the article yesterday. In mutual healing, two trusted friends sit in front of each other, hold hands, and speak. “I send you positive waves from the sky to you; can you feel it?” the first one says. Then the other replies, “Yes, I can feel it! Now I send divine light from the sky into you.” The first says, “I want to see you confident and healthy”; the second says, “Thank You, I too want to see you happy and healed.” This continues until all positivity spreads around both of them.
