AI Productivity – What and Why? Increasing? Or Stagnating?

What is productivity? Here is an economic definition of productivity. This is what the internet says, Reserve Bank of Australia.

So, parameters here are — Output and Input

In AI, there are a lot of inputs, viz., manpower, electric power, data center charges, AI model learning charges, or AI subscription charges, whichever is applicable, and the engineer’s salary.

These were monitory inputs.

There can be other inputs too, but these would typically be found in areas such as agriculture or factories, including brick-making and bread-making facilities. Here, input includes the amount of refined flour needed, the amount of butter needed, the amount of electricity needed to bake bread, the amount of other ingredients, the amount of paper needed for baking and packaging, the delivery charges, and the supply chain charges to sell the made bread. All these are needed to compute productivity.

This was just an example of Economic productivity.

What about AI Productivity?

AI productivity is the amount (both quality and quantity) of output achieved with customer satisfaction, based on inputs such as engineers’ time, engineers’ salary, AI electricity, AI data manipulation (storage, retrieval, processing), and AI models (access, creation, and deployment).

So, AI productivity gain means we are producing more than what we invest.

The loss in AI productivity means we are experiencing a loss when using the AI inputs provided above to create a desired unit of output.

AI productivity balance means we are nearly at a balance; what we produce is what we put into it, as seen in the AI video we created.

So, what is the current state of the world and companies in AI Productivity?

Are we at a loss despite hundreds of thousands of job losses?

How to deal with it?

So who is putting in all the money in your AI if AI productivity is at loss or is it at gain ? Think!

The Big Tech Firms Right! All that the Rich Companies Earned?

The Big tech is investing in AI. But what about job loss with AI means then? Is this giving back? Or more or less?

AI Selfie with the Wild. Why real selfie with Wild. Yes, people are tempted by the Wild.

#wildlife #ai #artificialintelligence

So many people are tempted to take selfies with the Wild. That jungle safari early in the morning doesn’t keep you waiting.

Look, Jungle Safari is one thing.

Here is what AI can give you: “Selfie with the Wild”. Yes, it can’t be compared to Jungle Safari selfies, but it can lift your mood wild.

Try it on GPT only people, not in the jungle. Big cats can be unpredictable, too; they can’t be fully tamed. They are the rulers of Jungle. #dangerous

There are human caretakers for wild tigers, lions, leopards, and other wild animals, but wild animals don’t attack them; they too need to be cautious of the Wild.

I believe as long as they are not hungry, wild animals don’t attack. #wild

Even the lives of caretakers of wild animals are tough. Be careful the Jungle InCharge’s. #animals

Get Nidhika’s stories in your inbox

People also like to take selfies with the King of the Jungle, lions, tigers, and leopards. Is it safe? Or is there a safe time to take a selfie with wild animals?

Why not use AI for selfies with the Wild? Yes, those moments of extensive fear sitting by the tiger to get a selfie won’t be there, but you always have Halloween halls to get the scare without a threat to life.

Take a picture of the wild and ask AI to add you in it, which is not a hard thing to do.

Wild animals know who’s in charge, and you are not the caretaker of the wild, so to stay safe, use AI.

Here comes a heart-melting moment with a furry entourage of wild cubs!

So, should I take a selfie with Wild using AI without the rush and fears? What do you think? Tell me. Or am I overthinking the fear of the Wild? I love big cats and would love to meet them when they’re full and not hungry, so they won’t fill their mouths with me~~~

So, switch to AI for selfies with Wild, here I leave you with a black bear and me.

Here, a man with a striking mix of black bear, jackals, and foxes! 🐻🦊🐺

Grok has launched — The AI Girlfriend? One Annie, so many boyfriends?

#ai #life #emotions

Note: The original article is on the author’s webpage.

Competitors of Grok?

How many AI girlfriends do AI subscribers have? So many people and one Annie.

Why not choose a different name for your girlfriend? Some people might like Ria, or others might prefer Kiara. Why not allow that flexibility?

ELIZA was in the 1960s. Are we still in the 1960s?- No, right?

Now is Annie? More names, please, more avatars, please.

Understand the human emotional feelings in a relationship. All men are not the same. All women are not the same. We are not sheeps and goats.

Annie is one girlfriend talking to so many men and women?

How does this go?

There should be many choices. Choices include wardrobe, clothing color, hair color, accent, and voice tone.

Options to gift her AI dresses, for a particular date, or dinner.

Why not real robots with these functionalities?

It should not be that what is given has to be taken; we need to ask more till it is ready for our use.

Yes, Annie, it’s a nice thing; the same should be made for women. But we need to do more.

Choice as per subscriber- Some like a quiet girlfriend, others like an outspoken one, some kind and gentle, while some may like a sport-loving gal?

So, ask different avatars.

Why not some real faces?

Why not some authentic voices?

Get AI & Tech by Nidhika, stories in your inbox

I personally didn’t like the AI voice. I saw a video of her on YouTube. So, how would male users like it?

They must be tailor-made emotions.

One must classify the needs of humans, then provide what is needed.

Erotica is not what all male users may want.

Emotions are needed. Erotica comes in the end. Men need emotions too — kind and nice, heartfelt and splendid. Love is what happens and what matters. First, be their friends.

Similar for AI boyfriend.

Different looks. Imagine sharing photos of an AI girlfriend among a group of friends to introduce the girlfriend to the gang of friends. Would everyone share a photo with their friends that shows their girlfriend? One avatar?

All men and teens who join this App Would have the same chatbot girlfriend?

Is it?

No, take your time and create a new AI avatar. You can add features like blonde hair or red hair, and choose between an American accent or a UK accent.

Friendly and caring or warm and sweet?

Or All in One? Nice when nice is needed, brushes anger when you are sad, shares a smile when you need it, some preloaded with bought-up voice,

Voice can be bought for say 6 months

Erotica comes last in a relationship

Relationship starts with emotional bonding

Do you form an emotional connection with Grok’s girlfriend?

Would all men on Earth have just one girlfriend?

What about other organisations?

Competition to Grok? Who and what next?

Must Hear, Ed Sheeran —New Song, Sapphire

The song’s picturization was done in India.

The beats are high

Drums are high

It feels like dancing all the time on this song,

Do you think the same?

Ed Sheeran also spoke some lines in Hindi and Punjabi.

These lines are, “ Cham cham chamke sitare” . These are Hindi words meaning, stars twinkle, twinkle all night.

The best lines for me here are, “Exploding like fireworks in the sky.”

The way they all sing “Sapphire” is fantastic.

In the video, you can see the Indian Bollywood star “Shahrukh Khan” as well.

Well, I am not a fan of “Shahrukh Khan”; he is not my favorite actor.

But all I want to tell you is that North India can be seen here.

From taxis to autos, from old forts to streets of traditional Indian regions, everything can be seen here.

It’s so sweet to see and hear Ed Sheeran sing, Hindi words “cham cham sitare”.

Must hear, must see video,

“The lights, your face, your eyes”

Take care

Have a nice day

Heena, Temporary tattoo, My Diary

Here is my diary from yesterday. It was a festival in India called “Teej.” My friend came over to my house. She wanted to get a henna design from the market. It’s said to bring good luck to a partner. It’s a festival for married women, and I also tried my luck with a henna temporary tattoo.

I love to see tattoos on other, this time I tried a temporary tattoo. I am trying this after long, long time.

The story behind applying Heena on or before this day is that it is said, “If your heena tattoo turns dark red, it means your husband will love you so much.” Look below to see how my henna turned out; does that mean my husband won’t love me a lot. Is it?

I don’t really like sitting on a small chair in front of the tattoo artist to get a design done on my hands. So I made a paste of henna with water and applied it to my left hand. I didn’t make a complicated design. People create beautiful peacocks on their hands, and some get their husband’s name written on theirs.

See how my tattoo looked.

I love this simple design. The aroma of wet henna was turning strong, so I decided to apply it on the back of my hands too. Here,

I dried it for half an hour, then washed my hands in the kitchen sink with water.

It turned out to be orange in color. The market Henna cones give a dark red color on hands after washing, but this henna powder mixed with water gives an orange color.

Here it is after washing hands,

The back side after washing is bit light, it is here,

I love the orange color of Henna leaves on my hand. The market is full of Heena cones that turn dark red once they dry on the skin.

My friend and I went to the market to help her find a handcrafted Henna work with a delicate design. To give you an idea of what a Heena design looks like, take a look below. AI drew an excellent Heena design in Pink color.

AI Prompt: “Pink colored Heena, Temporary tattoo on both hands”

Here is the AI image, as till now people try Heena tattoo which gives orange to red color.

Here is how beautiful work is done on hands in this festival of married women. This shows pink color, however the color of Heena is orange to dark red, some women heena tatoo turns to even dark brown.

In the end, I say, my henna tattoo always turns orange. According to women’s conversations, does this mean I am loved enough?

I love tattoos…

I love this smell of Heena as well,

That is all for today.

Stay well,

Warm regards,

AI War: Smaller Companies vs. Bigger Companies.

#future #futurist #ai #gen-ai #artificialintelligence

It’s no longer a race, it’s a war. Smaller AI companies versus bigger software giants.

But how long can smaller fighting AI companies survive?

For example, is Google ahead of ChatGPT in the race to own AI? And Facebook is looking for AI talent.

AI talent leaves for money, but they should also know and feel the spirit of the smaller companies they leave behind.

Not just Google. Races with other big companies, such as Facebook, X, Microsoft, and others.
Or are ChatGPT, Anthropic, and other smaller companies ahead of all AI competitions?

Well, it’s a race; whatever ChatGPT declares, it will be copied by all other companies. Is it true?

Think about how it all started? It all started with ChatGPT.

It’s a race for AI. No, it’s more about money, dominance, authority, and fame than just a race. Then comes aims. The aim is to help mankind reach potential success, not just earning billions without futuristic visions.

Google earns in billions from search and other services it provides.

While ChatGPT lacks in these services as of now. Till it builds its own browser and hardware.

The only services certain small-scale AI companies provide are chatbots, video, and artwork using AI. That is big enough too.

However, the problem with smaller, innovative companies is the limited budget and funding to launch their products.

The ChatGPT chatbot is too good. Even Claude is good, too. But how long can they survive? Can small companies merge?

Yes, there are some problems, such as the generation of harmful content, which can be mitigated with specific AI and software solutions.

In the future, if ChatGPT, Anthropic, and others keep their next-to-do list safe with it, it might win again by only declaring the banners and not the content until it’s live.

Now that powerful, rich, billion-dollar companies are in the race, how can companies like ChatGPT, Anthropic, and more survive?

How?

They can survive if they are rich with new ideas that enlighten the AI space again.

How and which ideas can keep the AI race with smaller AI companies? How can small innovative companies survive the AI takeoff by big tech companies?

Well, anything new and innovative must first be developed and then declared. That way, the CEOs of bigger companies can’t get the experiments started until smaller companies, such as ChatGPT, Anthropic, and others, have it running.

It’s no longer a race; it’s a do-or-die situation, since bigger software giants have acquired the advanced AI toolkits that were previously only in the hands of ChatGPT, Anthropic, and others.

Would Google, or other big giants, acquire these smaller companies?

How can small companies survive?

— Innovate

— Hold back ideas until they’re generated to avoid full competition.

— Keep details to trusted sources partners

— Voluntarily merging small companies to attract top talent and foster the best culture to develop excellent AI.

— Declare banner, not the algorithm until it’s live.

— Ask for funding and collaboration from non-tech giants.

— Idea generation with appropriate use cases

— Continuous encouragement

— It’s stressful that tech giants have high budgets.

— Comparision

— Public confidence

— Guardrails, as each mistake of small companies goes noticed

— AI talent you hire should be ones who can stick to the company’s vision. When you hire someone, you also get them hands-on training with the real AI you use.

Why do small companies need to survive?

— Real innovation unaffected by profit-driven CEOs

— Sense of complacency in the attitude of big tech giants CEO’s

— Competition with tech giants

— Showing a direction

— Futuristic approach

— Molding a future that was in the hands of a few dormant before small companies started innovations.

— Innovation

— Realizing new ideas, like ChatGPT, was a groundbreaking concept that changed the world.

— Fight over monopoly

— Sharing of power, AI is a power

— Divergence

— Diversity

— Newer solutions

— Fresh outlook to old problems

— Solutions established companies lookover

Hence, we need to save the small ecosystems, amid the market capsulation by bigger tech giants such as Facebook, Google, X, Microsoft, and more.

An embryo born without parents? Ethical? Would it work for species in Extinction?

#science #questions #thinking

What do you call an embryo born without a father’s sperm and a mother’s eggs?

Well, yes, there are studies where embryos are born without a father; this was, in ancient times, called a virgin thing. But science has made it possible.

Does such an embryo made like this have a soul in it? What faith would it follow? Which person’s stem cells are used? Would the stem cell donor now be a relative of this new baby?

Would the baby, if healthy he/she look like the donor of stem cells?

Do we have the right to use our own stem cells in this way?

Would it solve infertility and the need to have a baby?

Can we have healthy babies this way?

What is the gender of the embryo?

But how much is enough?

These embryos are born without parents’ sperm and eggs.

What would life be like for such a child born without a womb?

A child who never felt the womb of a mother?

Who are its parents?

Do we need such births?

There are so many children for adoption. See the poverty in the world.

So these were cons questions.

What about benefits?

If the birth rate falls, this can be used, but who would adopt such a child, if it sustains 9 months of child development?

It’s been reported that stem cells from babies were taken for growth.

If infertility grows? Why not artificially grow child with a mans sperm sample and a womans egg sample.

And we can have stable birth rates across segments of communities that are in decline.

But how to keep the embryo safe till childbirth

Would the embryo grow up to a healthy child?

If no, why not stop it?

If yes, why not try it for population growth and infertility, the need for children in life?

One must know that this method can be dangerous, and hence laws must be established for it. It’s also hazardous that in labs, the wrong things can be created as well.

So, such labs must be registered under law for the legal birth of humans, not dinosaurs? We have all seen Jurassic Park, where dinosaurs were born in test tubes, haven’t we? This was human imagination, coming to reality now.

So, register such labs and track the development of human embryos.

Why not grow tigers and polar bears there, the ones that are endangered and on the verge of extinction?

What if tigers born in test tubes turn into the worst things?

Is life in a test tube painful for the child? Do those 9 months seem like ages to the child?

Why start with human embryos, why give a life pain?

Claim your AI, your forefathers’, ancestor’s work..Salaries of AI, Robots,…

#future #futurist #visionary #ai #robotics

Ever thought about what automation of so many jobs would lead to?

— Would automation of jobs lead to unemployment?

— If so, who is replacing employees? Robots? Right? Are they humanoid robots or mechanical robots?

— How were robots and AI trained, our fathers and forefathers’ work, scripts, writings, paintings, and much more…

— So, where is all this employee salary money going?

— i. To companies using AI and robots?

— ii. For the maintenance of robots?

— iii. Towards licensing and subscription fees for AI.

— iv. Towards data centers?

— v. Toward highly skilled engineers who know the latest in AI.

— vi. Some are earning in millions, while others are earning nothing.

So, how to solve it?

Ever thought?

— If each robot receives a salary, would this support the “Right to Work”, “Pay Bots Taxes” clauses in books?

— One can deduct maintenance costs, subscription fees, data center charges, and AI algorithm run charges from the net savings of firing employees to any of the following:

— — — — Rehiring former employees for new roles

— — — — Retraining laid-off employees for new sectors

— — — — Direct payment from individuals to the government for unemployment benefits.

— — — — Better term for unemployment benefits, maybe early retirement?

— — — — Lifelong health insurance for laid-off employees

— — — — And many more points, to be discussed in the coming articles

So, earning in millions, as some are more talented. We are interested in people who are left without jobs because automation bots have taken over their work. How can we compensate them? How can we improve their lives? If they are in their 30s, they can be trained, and if they are in their 40s, chances still exist to be trained. But they might say no, since learning something new in the 40s, out of fear of being laid off again, is not that simple. In their 50s, people may decline to relearn.

So who is taking the money they were earning? Answer is AI, whatever AI it is — robotics, bots, drones, scripts, AI software, AI art, and other kinds of AI. All the salaries lost have gone to AI.

All we need is some time to figure out how to get the money back to those from whom AI learned. We, the ordinary people?

This can be achieved through direct taxes or voluntary compensation. Why is the relationship between a person and a company not like a government job, a lifelong relationship? Well, this won’t work. So, give it some time, bear not easy to say for sure, but it will work out eventually.

Work done is force times measurement.

Work is done by a robot or by a human; work is done. Hence, a salary is computed based on the job done.

Therefore, the government needs to calculate the work done and apply labour laws to robots, with the money collected for their services and AI work being redistributed evenly to support the welfare of the common people, including healthcare, education, and the well-being of children.

Similarly, if a person keeps a home robot, they spend money on robot maintenance, which charges daily. They need to pay back some amount of money, as robotics and AI have been developed through the works of centuries of our forefathers. Hence, we all have the right to AI.

Claim your AI, your father, and your forefathers’ work is now being learned by bots, robots, and AI chatbots; this is not one-day work. This is not past 5-year work,it is work of ages now coming to show its colors.

So, AI is for the welfare of everyone. One day, people might receive a salary without even working. Yes, some order will come, and new work philosophies may emerge, so don’t lose hope.

Carry on with the wind…

My last trip to Delhi

It’s been around 6 months to leave Delhi. I miss the mess there. Everything was connected in Delhi. You knew all shops, you knew where to get what from. Luckily in Delhi I was at a crowded place, come out of house take an auto (a three wheel vehicle) and reach anywhere you want. It was fun travelling in auto’s. Autos are open from all sides. Cute and funny vehicles. So I was saying we went to Delhi after long. And I knew just every place for every need a person can have, from banks to sweet shop to local stores of groceries to medical stores, everything was so easy there.

My last visit to Delhi was on 12th July, it was a cloudy day here with no rains, as soon as our vehicle entered Delhi roads were wet there. We wanted to have some meal in the midday. I really wanted to have chicken. It felt like ages that I had chicken. The last time I had chicken was in Australia. So the day was special to me.

…..

After food, we went to our old house in Delhi. And it started raining heavily. Wipers on cars could not control the speed of rain. It was fun to see our old house all filled with greenery just that someone else lived there. And the rain was so tempting.

…..

Here in outskirts I have to use google map so much for really everything. Rest there are shops nearby that I have befriended. Not a bad place but just that I was used to rush and hustle bustle of city life.

Let’s see how long it takes me, but I am already in love with this place now.

Still…

Stay well,

Be happy,

Warm regards,

Training Glasses to Teaching Robots How Humans Work: What’s Next? Some Answers?

#future #futurist #visionary #ai #robots #jobs

Summary: Get your own glasses, train your own robot on the product you want to automate. Not one learning work for all tasks and for all products. Know that people who lose jobs must be compensated by robots excess salaries. And know new job sectors will be created. Its not happening tomorrow for sure, it may take time.

Here a robot trained to paint a high rise building from outside

Linas Beliūnas published a news story about a Chinese man who wears glasses to study how humans work and uses this data to train robots to perform the same tasks.

— — — — — — — -Questions — — — — — — — — –

How good or how bad is this?

Here are some answers, time permitting.

Well, is this ethical?

Is this useful?

Would it result in job losses?

What replacements for jobs would be there?

What would humans do then?

Should everyone use these Chinese datasets, or should one create their data for their robot?

Should every product come with training data to teach a robot how to use it? For example, a robot to correct issues in a XYZ brand of car and another to train on an ABC brand of cars.

Is this data product dependent?

Do we need to wear new training glasses for each product to train a robot?

— — — — — — — — -Answers — — — — — — — —

So many questions. Below are some possible answers.

Training glasses to train robots to replace humans? Honestly, it can never fully happen, but yes, robots can take over many types of jobs.

I have heard that in many countries, people don’t work excessively, but in China, South Korea, and many other nations, there is a culture of working excessively to compete and enhance life.

So if we make robots learn to operate coffee machines, pick cauliflowers from farms, or harvest wine grapes, what’s wrong with it if you don’t like to work much, especially if you’re someone who works hard and parties harder?

So, buy a pair of robot training glasses and teach them to pick up wine grapes. What are your thoughts on this? It’s not happening tomorrow; it may take 5 years to get such a robot if you want it. If there is demand, then only there would be supply.

But create your data, don’t buy Chinese data.

Buy a pair of glasses to cultivate your farms? Train your robot? What do you say? You already spend money on hiring staff.

It’s not ethical until all details are provided.

People should be fairly paid.

Which people need to be compensated? I will cover this in a separate article. Let’s focus on training robots today.

— — — — — — — — — — — —

In China people work really long. No one can work like this for long. I am not suggesting that jobs be replaced. We need to achieve a work-life balance alongside rapid development and improvements in living standards.

They can sell this data for massive amounts that Americans would love to buy. Remember when tariff news came out, China sent videos showing sad Americans in chip-making factories. So China thinks Americans need this data. Even Chinese people would feel relieved working 8 hours a day, as long as China promises its workers a lifelong payout from the profits after this mechanism. For tough jobs, this could be beneficial — tasks such as mining, space exploration, chip manufacturing, fabrication, button sewing, milk production, and many other trades where workers are consistently in demand.

This robotic learning should be limited to non-human-friendly jobs.

People can simulate these jobs to obtain data if they prefer not to purchase data from Chinese companies. Every product needs different specifications, so different rules must be followed by robots. So, wear your glasses to teach your robot how to use your Mac? Why do you need someone else’s data? It would increase computational errors.

Chinese workers should receive compensation for job loss resulting from the automation of this kind.

What would people do? Guiding and maintaining robots, living with new jobs and work-life balance — when automation first arrived with computers, people moved to other sectors.

New types of jobs that never existed before were created. So, wait for new job sectors.
