Fluids grown in labs to replace treatments for critical diseases while ensuring the well-being of animals and plants? #Save_Bears

Note: This article is based on internet research for the content; any claims made are referenced, and the links provided are accountable for the summarized content here.

I was just checking the internet about Tiger Balm and its applications. I thought it contained animal products because of its magical healing abilities. However, they claim there are no animal products in Tiger Balm, which drew my attention to some past recalls involving animal fluids and enzymes.

I learned from the internet that bile is used in some traditional cures. We need to stop this; bears are a threatened species. What is in the therapy that requires bear bile? Why? If it can save lives from threatening diseases, then we must find a way to produce it in a lab without harming or killing the bears. Just doing it abiding by international laws that bears are treated well. What kind of bears they use is another question; I am not going to delve further into it.

Even insulin is made in labs now here-

Below is from an internet search:

What are the traditional medicines of China, along with some secrets to a long and healthy life? However, we don’t want various categories of bears to become extinct, so pass your secrets to a professor to create bile and other healing enzymes in labs without hurting bears.

Are the uses of bile sufficient to warrant considering its production in laboratories? What can it cure? Traditional Chinese medicine is over a thousand years old.

— We need treatments, but not at the cost of animal life or the well-being of plants and wildlife.

— Now that meat is grown in labs, it can truly solve many problems, such as providing meals for everyone and even meals on Mars in the future, if the colonization of Mars is successful. However, I wouldn’t like to eat lab-grown meat at this time, as it’s still in the experimental stage. I think so, but you may feel differently.

— I don’t know what the process of creating fluids and enzymes in labs entails, nor whether they can truly cure humans and animals.

— All this protects animals from the such processes. Animals are alive, and they have the right to a good life; we should not confine them to cages for healing.

— The first artificial enzymes in the world have been developed using synthetic biology. [2]

— There is enzyme replacement therapy, [3]

— Enzyme Therapy: Current Challenges and Future Perspectives [4]

— These techniques should be registered [6]

— Bile bear is mentioned on Wikipedia as being used in some ancient healing systems. I don’t know if it is still practiced, what its uses are, or if it is ethical.

In the screenshot above, I deleted the image on the right; it depicted a bear in such terrible condition that I couldn’t bear to look at it. Should we not feel what speechless animals feel? A bear is dangerous and strong, but even lions can be threatening in their natural habitat; therefore, “Save Lions” should also imply “Save Bears,” as well as “Save Wildlife.” Who hasn’t seen Baloo the bear in The Jungle Book? Was he not kind to Mowgli? (Some correlation; these are fictitious characters, as Mowgli is from a fiction book.)

Therefore, we need to select animals, and if there is an ancient therapy, why not cultivate them in the lab while extracting fluid in a more humane manner — without compromising their lives?

— Bile from bears contains ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA). Can we produce this chemical in a lab to save bears while also helping us understand nature and its implications for using bear bile? If it can be synthesized in a lab, is it ethical to kill bears? I am not the one who should answer this. If you’d like, I can do more research and provide some solutions.

Nature must have intended for us to find alternatives in labs or altogether different solutions.

— So, instead of killing countless bears and other animals, why not reproduce chemicals/living enzymes/tissue in a lab? You should reach out to a professor for guidance on creating artificial alternatives to save animals from such practices.

— Some bears are on the threatened list [7]

— So, save animals and develop animal-free drugs as cures.

Once again, save bears.

The country that owns AI, Rules, and owns the World. AI Wars- Part I

Note: These are futuristic considerations

Yes, you read it right,

These are not Trade wars

These are not Star wars

These are not internet wars

These are AI wars

— The company or country that excels in AI would command the world

— This is how the future would be like.

— How is it possible?

— Take, for example, the Twitter Recommendation System or Twitter feeds. If the only recommendation system in the world is tied to Twitter, any future vested interest can be indirectly perpetuated through such feeds. Vested interests might indeed be part of the game.

— There can also be direct advertisements targeting a specific group of people.

— Hacking can occur when some groups deny it; due to ownership, AI hacking is possible.

— If you own AI, then you own the audience. The audience has already given you the “go-ahead,” so no one will ask.

— Soon, life will operate as commanded by artificial intelligence.

— Perpetuated news feeds are likely to be biased, which can lead to biased decisions.

— The truth may be concealed from you, as AI is anticipated to soon dominate many areas, especially communications.

— You may not even realize how the generated images are intended or not.

— What you see is what you believe. If the country or company leading in AI does not align with your values, exploitation may occur.

— Therefore, understand which AI you wish to follow.

Therefore, choose OpenAI for your models and work, and avoid using DeepSeek, regardless of how tempting and affordable it may seem.

— Why do Chinese companies sell their products at lower prices?

— They profit from bulk orders rather than individual units, as is common in the United States. For example, if the selling price is $2, a Chinese company might sell it for $1. If they sell 1,000 units, they make $2,000, while a U.S. company selling 10 units makes only $20. Who makes more money? And who earns a higher profit? So selling cheaper too can be profitable, as it would target more buyers.

— What would be the problem if China takes over AI?

Chinese philosophy is distinct; their governance is unique, and their ideologies vary. They perceive us as competitors, which is despite the friendliness we all share.

— What does it mean for China to take the lead in AI?

— This means Chinese company models, software, or related items are overtaking indigenous models and products.

— What is the safest option at this stage?

— OpenAI is the safest choice; it has no hidden motives. No Grok is baised as per my study and experience on internet, Grok have slangs too, when I was exploring net.

— What about countries that have no major AI models?

— It’s okay to use OpenAI or obtain licenses from them to establish a branch in your country.

— All countries without an AI base can easily utilize OpenAI, just as you all were, until DeepSeek arrives.

— So you may continue OpenAI

— Who is the leader in AI so far?

Expect more soon.

Summer is here. Business Needed: Generation of water for both agricultural and personal use.

#business #startup #water #life

As daily needs increase in summers, we require water treatment and desalination plants.

Summary: Many countries produce water for their use apart from natural resources. As natural water resources are depleting, there is a growing need for water for consumption. Some countries, such as Singapore, utilize treated wastewater and sewage to produce clean water through sewage treatment processes. Other countries, such as Australia and Saudi Arabia, employ desalination plants that utilize the costly process of reverse osmosis. This method results in brine, which is disposed of in oceans, posing a threat to marine life. Another approach is evaporation-based desalination, which requires significant heat. With summer here and the potential for abundant solar power, evaporation-based desalination should ideally prove effective. Private companies can sell water, generating profit while helping local areas manage the upcoming summers. You need to work for farmers and household consumers. Secure loans and start these businesses, ensuring you retain a profit. Governments can’t provide this for you in the short term; it’s a lengthy process. So, who is interested in the water business? Water startups? According to the internet, Saudi Arabia holds some patents on this. Should these aspects be patent-free? Private players are needed if water deposit runs low.

Why leave everything on government? Join hands, produce water..we all need it. See what’s easy, cost effective, California has lot of energy from solar panels.

It’s simple and straightforward here: you need solar panels and seawater distillation for the hot summers. Alternatively, you could consider a desalination plant, which would take longer. A third option is what some places do: clean sewage and drain water. No one likes that much, so why not evaporate water and collect salt? Consider the advantages and disadvantages before selecting your business idea. Solar power is abundant in states like California; why not generate water there using negative charge for energy?

— Yes, treatment waters are now accessible in many locations for a variety of uses.

— What are the costs when considering the availability of solar energy in the summer, the expenses of distillation/desalination plant installations, and the management of supply and demand?

— Why involve private players in water desalination plants?

— The government must establish a budget and infrastructure to address these issues. The process is lengthy; they can start but may not finish in time when needed. You need water now, so begin selling 5-liter water bottles by initiating the distillation of seawater.

— In places like Delhi, private players supply electricity. So why can’t private players supply all kinds of water- distilled water, mineral water, sewage-treated water, and desalinated water? With tags of what kind of water it is.

— So what is the issue with private players building desalination/distillation plants?

— Purify water, supply it, and manage your margins on water bills.

— You don’t need to worry

— See how Singapore has experienced this before you.

— What is the issue with private players installing distillation plants, say, in California? Desalination makes brine a toxic liquid.

— What about rainwater drains to be discussed in upcoming articles?

— Chicago does waste water recycling,

— Singapore too has a similar system

— It’s a significant investment; planning and infrastructure are necessary for water treatment plants. However, we often think that water is created from sewage or drain waste.

— So how can we deal with rapid water shortages? Summers are arriving in the North.

— Saudi Arabia has filed several patents for the processes to obtain clean water from seawater. I was wondering if patents in AI are considered bad; are these patents a good deal? What deal is present in these patents needs to be explored.

— We need to obtain fresh water from salty water; that is the goal.

Choose, research, and find the deal that best suits you. I suggest using evaporation of water in distillery.

Musk Says, America should mind its own business

America is a world power; why should it only mind its own business? Musk suggests leaving other countries to handle their own affairs. Should we really just allow Chinese robotic farming to develop without saying anything?

We know Pred Trump can handle him.

Why do we need to discuss with the UAE how many federal agencies should be eliminated? Is it a resume building time.

Does he want to make America stronger or weaker? Anyway, leaders are there to handle his aspirations.

The role of a leadership-based country is to consider everyone’s interests, whether it is France or any other developed nation; the role remains the same: to assist and support weaker entities.

Listen closely and let me know if I misunderstood or misquoted anything.

Then Elon Musk explains what he is doing with DOGE; that should be a matter of national/federal secrecy regarding how they are improving their internal affairs. Explaining how many agencies there are and what the USA is doing — aren’t all these internal matters?

Does any other country discuss DOGE in detail regarding their own country MAGA in another country? How many federal departments are under scrutiny?

Tariffs Explained- Part I

Summary: Tariffs may be costly in the short term, but in the long run, to thrive as an independent nation, we must produce, consume, and continue this cycle. Implementing tariffs can strengthen the local market while still providing access to Chinese products with tariffs. The benefit is that these tariffs can be invested in local businesses, offering us quality products that are made or manufactured locally. And the tariffs you pay (in case you import) are sure to be a short-term cost that exists in the long run.

Tariffs can create new jobs, new businesses, it may not be easy though. I can feel your pains in this regards.

Check out the LinkedIn post by a renowned leader. The image below is taken form his LinkedIn Post. Below it shows Chinas aim to conquer worlds manufacturing businesses.

>How to address a crisis that may arise in all sectors, not just automobiles and robots.

>China is challenging all sectors. But why impose tariffs on Canada, Mexico, and Europe? Tariffs can’t be solely applied to China.

>China’s modus operandi for increasing sales is to offer low prices; consumers will notice affordable products and savings, leading to more purchases and turning the market into China’s playground, even if it initially costs more for China but less for Americans and others.

>Tariffs focusing on Chinese products instead of local ones may help.

>Local work should be given the opportunity to grow and sell.

>If we don’t buy or pre-order; what would Chinese companies make?

>These tariffs can be invested to grow your country’s manufacturing.

> These tariffs can be invested in local products, such as interest-free loans to local European residents.

>This can support and assist local American vehicles.

>China selling cheap products and others make European local products obsolete; no one buys local goods because they all order inexpensive Chinese items.

>Have nationalism and production, asking the government(s) to impose tariffs to support local products.

>Make In the country, focus on yourself and your nation. Export what is surplus and import what is lacking. Establish this as the new principle of trade relations. May everyone thrive; otherwise, only China will continue to prosper while others hope for better days.

>Time for ethical Trade Wars.

>Tarrifs, it may not be easy, but stay focused on the end goal; everything else would be made in China.

Figure AI to Bring its Humanoid Robots to the Market. Ethics, Use and Needs.

Figure AI is producing 12000 humanoid robots annually; currently, the quantity may fluctuate in the future based on demand and supply. Furthermore, each of these humanoid robots will be manufactured essentially by humanoids.

Well, this is the news. What ethical questions arise from it? What is its need, and how is it used?

— Would it cost jobs of people?

— There is no market as of now that asks the employees to produce so many robots, so no one’s job is replaced here by humanoids as no humans are producing humanoids as of now.

— Its necessity is evident, much like how mobile phones became a part of everyone’s life. Humanoids can be embraced, and we can observe their yearly upgrades.

— Talking to humanoid robots would be enjoyable, much like how we spend an hour each day just surfing the internet.

— Like other technologies, this will upgrade each year; the question is how much.

— The way it will be used is personal, unless individuals from private or public companies inquire about it. A few years ago, I described its applications as science fiction stories on my blog. Now, it’s no longer fiction.

— The robots should be reusable, upgradable, and configurable.

— The jobs that could be impacted encompass personal chefs, personal housekeepers, and related positions.

— Initially, humanoids can be made to assist household staff/work, or robots can be trained by their owners to perform household tasks as soon as they are delivered.

— Its prize may decline in the future, but it could become more appreciated for its use in the coming years.

— Humanoid robots should avoid causing harm to the environment, such as by creating messes in the kitchen while cooking.

— There should be a mode in the humanoid robot that allows its hardware to be reconfigured.

— We should be able to revert to a previous level of learning by removing some prior installed upgrades.

— Constant upgrades need to be provided.

— Yes, it can lead to job loss if it fully impacts the private sector. But there are ways out I shall write sooner.

— What kinds of jobs can it replace in the private sector? Cleaning, pantry work, and kitchen jobs are all positions that can be replaced by humanoids. Not many people like to do these jobs, so replacements are not very hurtful.

— The humanoids should be able to change their name at the owner’s request discretion.

— An instruction manual should be provided to users to modify tasks they want to approach differently. For instance, when it comes to cleaning a sofa, one user may prefer a vacuum cleaner, while another may choose to have it cleaned with a dry cloth, or something similar else.

— Humanoid robots can assist in addressing various factors, including loneliness.

— Another contribution is the age and gender-specific installations in humanoid robots.

— Ethical issues should be addressed to ensure that humoids are maintained decorum of tasks that are provided to it, with logging and constant learnings.

— Robots are currently on a test flight; don’t fully trust them at this time. And please do provide feedback.

— Humanoid robots should provide feedback to the company to help improve work, even if it saves you half an hour at first.

— There is a lot of scope for improvements in humanoid robots.

— Think of it as a companion; share your chats with a humanoid for company and see the potential it has.

— Your interactions with humanoids and the company should be private. The company must assure you of this.

— The data you share with the company or robot should remain private; however, if you wish, it can be shared to be used as synthetic data while addressing privacy concerns.

— Everyone is different — some people may like their doors to be knocked by humanoid robots, while others won’t. Let’s accept that, even if humanoid robots look the same, they will each function differently, just as we are all different.

— I just wished that humanoid robots had come in different facial features. May the next batch youdeal with this one.

— That company should clearly inform what a humanoid can confidently do, such as making coffee. If it spills coffee on itself and causes damage, it could create a mess. Therefore, the owner needs to check a few things initially until it becomes autonomous in your home.

— We must make sure the jobs where humans cant be replaced should be retained.

— We must be clear this is cruciala tech innovation which is part of our future life, not a replacement of your jobs.

— Just like tech gadgets such as phones, and smart watches are part of life, now its humanoids robots.

— This may eliminate non ethical working in coming time. (means work against labour laws)

— Once again humaoid robots are just a way to help those who need such a thing in thier lives.

— Make sure to teach it self-defence in case, as mentioned above, coffee falls on it, which can harm it, unless its water proof.

I would love to wake up by a humanoid robot than my alarm close, what about you ?

Zippy the Robo Cook is here: Ethics, Challenges and Future Work

So, what is Zippy the Cooking Robot up to? In the video below, Zippy looks impressive. While it can’t replace human cooks just yet, it can assist them during peak times.

— No cook like many people in the kitchen, but they wouldn’t mind a helping hand from a robot in, say, a stadium, where demands of food are high ?

— High demand for food during peak hours makes food costly. Keeping a Robotic chef nearby can help reduce stress levels for both cooks and customers, as affordable, good food is available during these busy times.

— Sometimes, even if the food price is determined by prime locations, the food outlet can provide and double up, keeping profits up and serving more people with Robotic arms help.

— So, Robotic Cooks can be of help

— But ethically, it should not replace the chef; the human touch in food is great. Some cooks truly have a magical essence.

— Robotic cooking may struggle to operate without a chef in the kitchen. For instance, think about three bowls: one containing red spice sauce, another with red chili sauce, and the last with red tomato paste. Which one would the cooking robot choose for a chicken curry?

— The robot still needs assistance with many similar tasks.

— Another example of confusion for Kitchen Robot is — whether it should choose coriander mixture, spinach mixture, or broccoli green paste to make spinach chicken (given all three paste look similar).

— Another source of confusion is bottles that contain cumin powder, black pepper powder, or coffee powder, particularly when the bottles are unlabeled. Labeled bottles can be effectively analyzed by Robotic Cooks using its excellent image processing capabilities.

— The food cooked by the Robotic Arm must be tested well.

— AI engineers will soon find solutions for such situations; meanwhile, these moments may confuse kitchen robots.

— If the paints mentioned are made with chatGPT, then kitchen robots can also classify them.

— We don’t know whether Zippe might get confused in the kitchen.

— Another important aspect is the kitchen robot’s mobility; this independence relies on its ability to move around effectively.

— Is Zippe mobile in the kitchen and meeting with her customers?

— All these issues might take hours to resolve if you create a Cooking Robot, or some issues would need human experts with them all time. It’s good to keep a Master Chef who is human alongside Robotic Cooks and guide them in a semi-supervised way.

— Please let us know if your robotic arm is confusing in the kitchen.

— In the future, cooking robots can be sent to fields where single men stay and prepare delicious meals for them; this could also be a navy base.

AI is more than Deep Learning- On Initiatives of AI in Governance

#ai #governance #robotics

Note: The article is posted because some people believe that AI in governance signifies a mess. However, AI is not Deep Learning all the time, AI is more than Deep Learning.

Recent discussions online about the use of AI in governance have led to negative emotions. Yes, they are negative emotions, not mixed emotions. Yes, deep learning has taken over all research, so it’s okay if you think AI means deep learning.

Here are some key points everyone should understand before taking a stand.

— AI is not Deep Learning alone

— We already use AI in our daily lives, so why not incorporate it into governance?

— We use AI in washing machines, with Alexa, for finding contacts by voice on our phones, for asking other questions using voice, for retrieving information on the internet, and more.

— None of these require deep learning. Still, all these examples involve AI (Artificial Intelligence).

— Using the help of reverse gear in the mirror, which is also AI, summarizing large research papers briefly, that is also AI, and so on…None use Deep Learning.

—Many AI-based heart surgeries and related medical practices don’t utilize deep learning. Be part of the change, accept it for your benefit.

— When you travel with the Maps app, does it hallucinate? No, that’s just AI, right? Aren’t we all dependent on Maps for traveling now? Who even remembers the way anymore? Yes, at times, maps do take a weird path. This is an error, but it is not deep learning; it’s just AI.

— Aren’t we more at ease when emails categorize their contents into Spam, Promotions, or Inbox? Isn’t this work already automated? Is this AI-driven automation not beneficial? Similarly, the government may wish to classify certain official requests from citizens to expedite the process or to automate some medical classifications in the NHS. Is AI really bad? Errors can occur in manual processing, too. Times are changing; government departments may lag behind the private sector.

— There are many more examples of AI in use, and none of them require Deep Learning.

— Once again, none of the AIs mentioned above utilize Deep Learning.

— What if governance starts some AI?

— At the end of the day, your leaders can provide you with an automated system that makes tracking easy and keeps you safe.

— Give it a try; AI-driven governance depends on logical automation instead of deep learning automation. Nonetheless, can deep learning be applied in a semi-supervised manner, if you like…

— Yes in some context deep learning can be used — for example-cancer diagnosis, and likes, canecr treatments and likes.

Why AI-?

— Since may be you don’t trust leaders much, trust a system that can provide evidence and accountability.

— These systems can work effectively with leaders.

— Learn and implement processes for the long term, and be accountable to the citizens of the countries.

— Help establish a system with your leaders; one day they may not hold the same position, but these systems should always offer you protection for your needs and wellbeing.

— Accept that some systems may operate on deep learning, and therefore some errors are inevitable; hopefully, they won’t occur in essential and sensitive departments.

— Rather than complaining, support leaders and be part of the change.

Why Coding by AI better than codes by Children

Senior programmers understand the challenges of coding. For years, there have been suggestions that children should learn coding, and now there are even efforts to teach them AI.

— I also learned coding from 6th grade onwards, but it was only a subject for one year. Below 6th grade, children are in Junior School, not Senior School.

— No, I don’t want to take over programming jobs without securing new ones. But do you want children to take over programming jobs?

— The rates at which children were learning coding were high.

— Therefore, AI automation, which involves AI writing code for the world, is viewed as better to children writing code.

— There is no harm in children learning coding. But they are better off celebrating their childhood, aren’t they?

— Even junior programmers know the stress level of coding. Do we want children to be stressed?

— Can’t children have a stress-free childhood?

— So many people are teaching children coding online and in classes. Is that nice?

— Why not have children learn things that matter?

— Why should children learn coding?

— Even experienced programmers understand that it’s challenging to keep pace with evolving programming languages.

— Every senior programmer knows how to interview junior programmers, considering the numerous APIs, functions, methods, global variables, and more they need to remember during interviews (later, online help is available).

— What would Junior Programmers do then? They would wait and see what new work develops.

— Currently, AI lacks reliability, necessitating the presence of junior developers.

— Senior developers are fully needed.

Is it fun? Or are children’s games fun?

Isn’t it better to have AI handle these basic programming tasks than to have children do them?

What is childhood, and what does it signify for children? Are coding jobs detrimental to childhood?

Why not keep complex jobs for senior programmers? For sure, we can’t fully trust AI codes as of now. For example some kinds of variable name use, threading and more need to be tested well.
